Spinach Cheese Swirls

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 sheet pepperidge farm frozen puff pastry (1 sheet - 1/2 package)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup shredded muenster cheese or 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Recipe

  • 1 thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minute
  • 2 preheat oven to 400°f
  • 3 mix egg and water. set aside.
  • 4 mix muenster cheese, parmesan cheese, onion and garlic powder.
  • 5 unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. brush with egg mixture.
  • 6 top with cheese mixture and spinach. starting at short side, roll up like a jelly roll. cut into 20 (1/2") slices.
  • 7 place on baking sheet. brush with egg mixture.
  • 8 bake 15 minute or until golden. serve warm or at room temperature.
