Spinach Cheese Swirls

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 1 sheet pepperidge farm frozen puff pastry (1 sheet - 1/2 package)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup shredded muenster cheese or 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Recipe
- 1 thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minute
- 2 preheat oven to 400°f
- 3 mix egg and water. set aside.
- 4 mix muenster cheese, parmesan cheese, onion and garlic powder.
- 5 unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. brush with egg mixture.
- 6 top with cheese mixture and spinach. starting at short side, roll up like a jelly roll. cut into 20 (1/2") slices.
- 7 place on baking sheet. brush with egg mixture.
- 8 bake 15 minute or until golden. serve warm or at room temperature.
