Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 6 ounces roquefort cheese
- 1/3 cup black caviar
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 dash cayenne
Recipe
- 1 cut eggs lengthwise; remove yolks.
- 2 crush roquefort and mix with caviar, chives, butter, lemon juice, dash of cayenne and mashed yolk of 12 eggs.
- 3 fill egg whites through pastry bag. put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
