Elegant Stuffed Eggs Romanoff For New Year's Eve

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 ounces roquefort cheese
  • 1/3 cup black caviar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1 dash cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 cut eggs lengthwise; remove yolks.
  • 2 crush roquefort and mix with caviar, chives, butter, lemon juice, dash of cayenne and mashed yolk of 12 eggs.
  • 3 fill egg whites through pastry bag. put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
