Gorgonzola Purses

Ingredients

- 4 ounces phyllo pastry
- 1/2 ounce gorgonzola, cut into 12 cubes
- 12 chives
- oil, for deep-frying
Recipe
- 1 cut pastry into twelve 8 cm (3 in) squares.
