Rugalach

Total Time: 5 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cake yeast
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 dough:.
