Lamby Pockets

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup karo high fructose corn syrup
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans vienna sausages
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup melted velveeta cheese, product
  • 1 sheet pastry dough
  • 4 cups butter flavor crisco

Recipe

  • 1 melt 4 cups crisco in deep fryer.
  • 2 mix melted velveeta with tomatoe past, pour into a bowl.
  • 3 add karo and whip for 2 minutes.
  • 4 cut pastry dough into 3 inch squares.
  • 5 add vienna sausages with a bit of the mixture to squares, wrap into a fun "lamby pocket".
  • 6 deep fry for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 7 sprinkle with powered sugar and watch the kids go to town!
