Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Recipe
- 1 defrost frozen pie crust.
- 2 combine eggs and next 5 ingredients.
- 3 stir in pecans.
- 4 pour into pie shell.
- 5 bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes (filling will appear soft).
- 6 cool on a rack.
- 7 1 frozen deep-dish pastry shell may be substituted.
