Pecan Pie Award Winning

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 defrost frozen pie crust.
  • 2 combine eggs and next 5 ingredients.
  • 3 stir in pecans.
  • 4 pour into pie shell.
  • 5 bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes (filling will appear soft).
  • 6 cool on a rack.
  • 7 1 frozen deep-dish pastry shell may be substituted.
