Pineapple Coconut Pie

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
  • 1 (9 inch) pastry shells, baked
  • whipped topping, if desired

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding on low speed for 2 minutes.
  • 2 stir in coconut and pineapple.
  • 3 pour into pastry shell.
  • 4 chill for at least 2 hours.
  • 5 garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
