Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
- 1 (9 inch) pastry shells, baked
- whipped topping, if desired
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding on low speed for 2 minutes.
- 2 stir in coconut and pineapple.
- 3 pour into pastry shell.
- 4 chill for at least 2 hours.
- 5 garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
