Seething Monster

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 65 g butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 (250 g) can salmon or 1 (250 g) can tuna
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning
  • grated cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place large spoonfuls of pastry around the edge of a greased oven proof dish.
  • 2 fill centre with filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 3 bake in hot oven (230°c) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
