Kahlua Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pastry crust
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup kahlua
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup pecans
Recipe
- 1 line 9-inch pie pan with your favorite pastry recipe.
- 2 chill for 1 hour.
- 3 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 4 in large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 beat in eggs, one at a time.
- 7 stir in kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk, pecans.
- 8 mix well, pour into pie pan.
- 9 bake for 10 minutes.
- 10 then reduce heat to 325 degrees f and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).
- 11 chill & garnish, if desired.
