Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/3 cup tapenade (purchased)
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- fresh oregano sprig
Recipe
- 1 thaw puff pastry.
- 2 cut into small squares and place each square into a muffin cup.
- 3 place 1/2 tsp tapenade on each square.
- 4 top with 2 pieces of cherry tomato and feta cheese.
- 5 bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 mintuers.
- 6 garnish with fresh herbs.
