Provencal Tarts

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/3 cup tapenade (purchased)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • fresh oregano sprig

Recipe

  • 1 thaw puff pastry.
  • 2 cut into small squares and place each square into a muffin cup.
  • 3 place 1/2 tsp tapenade on each square.
  • 4 top with 2 pieces of cherry tomato and feta cheese.
  • 5 bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 mintuers.
  • 6 garnish with fresh herbs.
