- 5 puff pastry sheets
- 2 (140 g) tomato paste
- 250 g shredded ham
- 250 g shredded cheese
Recipe
- 1 lay puff pastry sheet on a clean surface.
- 2 cover pastry with tomato paste, layer of ham and then a layer cheese.
- 3 roll pastry up and then cut pastry into pinwheels.
- 4 lay pinwheels on baking tray and put in pre-heated oven 180c for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
