Ingredients

• 3 eggs, beaten until light
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 lemons, juice of
• 1 lemon, zest of
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 pastry shells, unbaked

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 combine first 6 ingredients and pour into the pastry shell.
