Ingredients

- 8 ounces frozen puff pastry
- 8 ounces liver pate
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 thaw pastry and heat oven to 400*.
- 2 roll dough thinly and cut into 3 inch squares, then cut in half to folm triangles.
- 3 place 1 tsp of liver pate on one half of the triangles, then cover and press edges to seal.
- 4 arrange triangles on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- 5 bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
- 6 serve hot!
