Pirozski

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces frozen puff pastry
  • 8 ounces liver pate
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 thaw pastry and heat oven to 400*.
  • 2 roll dough thinly and cut into 3 inch squares, then cut in half to folm triangles.
  • 3 place 1 tsp of liver pate on one half of the triangles, then cover and press edges to seal.
  • 4 arrange triangles on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  • 5 bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
  • 6 serve hot!
