Reuben Roll

Ingredients

- 0.5 (17 1/4 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/2 lb pastrami, sliced
- 1/2 lb swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 -2 cup sauerkraut
- 1 egg, beaten
Recipe
- 1 unfold puff pastry and roll out to seal creases.
- 2 spread the thousand island dressing over pastry sheet.
- 3 layer pastrami, swiss, then saurkraut.
- 4 roll up the pastry sheet jellyroll fashion.
- 5 brush the edges of the pastry with egg and press the long edge firmly, tucking in the short ends to seal.
- 6 brush all over with beaten egg, place on sprayed baking sheet.
- 7 bake, uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
