Smoked Salmon And Crème Fraiche Canapé

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 5 -10 small pastry dough
  • 1 slice smoked salmon
  • creme fraiche
  • chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 slice the smoked salmon in to thin strips and roll in to small ball and place on to each canapé.
  • 2 season the crème fraiche and add a small amount on to the canapé, sprinkle some dried or fresh dill on to each canapé before serving.
