Traditional Serbian Cheese Pie

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g plain flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 400 g feta cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 ml cream milk
  • 300 -400 ml warm water

Recipe

  • 1 pastry:.
  • 2 mix flour with salt and olive oil.
  • 3 add warm water to the mixture.
  • 4 beat until compact (approx. 10 min.).
