Ultimate Caramel Apples

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 wooden popsicle sticks
  • 6 apples (red delicious or golden delicious)
  • 3 ounces chocolate
  • 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

  • 1 in heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine water and sugar. over low heat, stir mixture gently until sugar is completely
