Pastry Puff Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 -3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up into chunks
- 1 (12 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pastry dough, puff
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sage (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingrediants except the pastry puff, egg, and cheese in a bowl.
- 2 pour into a 9x11 pan and spread evenly. place pastry puff on top of mixture, add 1 t of water to the egg and beat. brush egg on top of pastry puff and sprinkle on parmesean cheese.
- 3 bake at 400 until golden.
