Raspberry Crisp

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter or 1/4 cup cold margarine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°; grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • 2 in a bowl, toss the raspberries, 3 tablespoons flour, and sugar together; spoon mixture into prepared baking pan.
  • 3 in a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, and 1/3 cup flour; cut in the butter, using a pastry blender, until the mixture is crumbly.
  • 4 sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit.
  • 5 bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
