Sausage(snaggy) Rolls

Ingredients

- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 1 lb sausage, it says 500 grams but looks like the jimmy dean tube
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/8 cup parsley
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated, small
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices bacon, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 mix sausage bacon tomato sauce egg bread crumbs herbs
- 2 veggies together should be moist
- 3 put in zip lock bag with corner sniped
- 4 lay out sheet of puff pastry
- 5 cut in 1/2 length wise
- 6 put a layer of filling down the middle using ziplock like piping bag
- 7 fold over both sides til the meet in middle brush with egg to seal
- 8 brush with milk and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- 9 cut into 6 to 8 pieces
- 10 repeat.
- 11 bake on parchment paper to brown bottoms
- 12 bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
- 13 serve with tomato sauce.
