Cranberry Peach Cobbler

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 21 ounces peach pie filling
  • 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • vanilla ice cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 combine dry cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg in a bowl.
  • 3 cut in butter with pastry blender till crumbly.
  • 4 stir in nuts; set aside.
  • 5 combine peach pie filling and cranberry sauce in an ungreased 13 x 9 dish. mix well.
  • 6 sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit.
  • 7 bake 45-50 minutes or golden brown.
