Food Processor Shortbread

Ingredients

- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 place all ingredients into food processor (use pastry blade if available.).
- 3 blend until ingredients form a ball.
- 4 press into ungreased pie pan.
- 5 using a fork decorate the edges and pierce throughout to prevent bubbles.
- 6 dust with granulated sugar if desired.
- 7 cook for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned at edges.
- 8 cool 10 minutes and then cut into 1/2 to 1 inch wedges.
