Pastry Filled With Chocolate

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 60 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 80 ml milk
  • icing sugar

Recipe

  • 1 thaw puff pastry and cut into 8 squares.
  • 2 mix chocolate and cream.
  • 3 place 1/8 filling on one half of pastry.
  • 4 fold pastry over to enclose and press edges to seal.
  • 5 place on baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
  • 6 brush with a little milk.
  • 7 bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
  • 8 sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
