Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 60 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- 80 ml milk
- icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 thaw puff pastry and cut into 8 squares.
- 2 mix chocolate and cream.
- 3 place 1/8 filling on one half of pastry.
- 4 fold pastry over to enclose and press edges to seal.
- 5 place on baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
- 6 brush with a little milk.
- 7 bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
- 8 sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
