Peach Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
- pastry dough, for a double crust pie
- milk
- cinnamon sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and allspice.
- 2 add peaches and blueberries; toss gently.
- 3 line pie plate with bottom crust; add the filling.
- 4 dot with butter.
- 5 top with a lattice crust.
- 6 brush crust with milk; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- 7 bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
