Ingredients

- 1 uncooked pie shell
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 200 g cubed ham
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 200°c, grease an ovenproof pie dish in a bowl whip eggs and saffron, blend in ricotta, ham, cubed mozzarella and parmesan.
- 2 season with salt and pepper to taste pour mixture in pastry shell and bake until pastry is golden and filling set, about 20 minutes let cool a little and serve with a salad.
