Sausage And Mushroom Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb italian sausage (skin removed)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (chopped or sliced)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage & drain well.
  • 2 cook next 3 ingredient in oil until tender.
  • 3 stir in the cream cheese & worcestershire sauce.
  • 4 if dip is needed instead of spread add sour cream to desired consistency.
  • 5 sliced mushrooms are nice in the pastry cups but the chopped is better in the dips and spread.
