Sausage And Mushroom Dip

Ingredients

- 1 lb italian sausage (skin removed)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (chopped or sliced)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage & drain well.
- 2 cook next 3 ingredient in oil until tender.
- 3 stir in the cream cheese & worcestershire sauce.
- 4 if dip is needed instead of spread add sour cream to desired consistency.
- 5 sliced mushrooms are nice in the pastry cups but the chopped is better in the dips and spread.
