Sausage Rolls

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cm sausage meat (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry) or 3 cm lamb (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry) or 3 cm beef (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry)
  • 1 sheet flaky pastry dough (or more depending on how much you want to bake)

Recipe

  • 1 cut the mince meat or sausage meat 3 cms on its longest side.
  • 2 put the mince meat or sausage meat in the middle of the pastry
  • 3 roll the pastry and meat into a sausage shape.
  • 4 cut it into 6 centimetre strips
  • 5 stab top with a fork.
  • 6 brush the top with milk.
  • 7 follow directions on the pastry packaging or bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celcius with your oven set on bake.
