Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 cm sausage meat (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry) or 3 cm lamb (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry) or 3 cm beef (strips that are 3cm wide and are the length of your pastry)
- 1 sheet flaky pastry dough (or more depending on how much you want to bake)
Recipe
- 1 cut the mince meat or sausage meat 3 cms on its longest side.
- 2 put the mince meat or sausage meat in the middle of the pastry
- 3 roll the pastry and meat into a sausage shape.
- 4 cut it into 6 centimetre strips
- 5 stab top with a fork.
- 6 brush the top with milk.
- 7 follow directions on the pastry packaging or bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celcius with your oven set on bake.
