Shari's Baked Brie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

• 1 mini brie round
• berry type preserves (blackberry, raspberry, etc)
• crescent rolls (in tube) or puff pastry
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 bring mini round of brie to room temperature.
• 2 slather top with preserves.
• 3 wrap the round with puffed pastry sheets or 1 package of crescent rolls.
• 4 cover all seams on top of cheese with decorative dough shapes- cookie cutter stars, leaves, etc.
• 5 brush top with egg yolk.
• 6 bake at 350 degrees about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
