Pastry With Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (boiled and de-boned)
  • 1 (450 g) package phyllo pastry sheets
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • cheese, for sprinkling

Recipe

  • 1 in a deep frying pan - fry the chopped green onions.
  • 2 add the chopped retail meat, spices, diced tomatoes and the chicken broth.
