Two-potato Swirls

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 russet potatoes, large, peeled and quartered
  • 3 sweet potatoes, medium, peeled and quartered
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or up to 8 as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 place russet potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water.

  • 17 bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and tops are lightly browned.
