Raspberry Crostada

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 2 cups raspberry jam
Recipe
- 1 mix the crust ingredients until they form a ball, trying to knead the dough as little as possible.
- 2 refrigerate for an hour.
- 3 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 4 roll out to 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick.
- 5 fit into a 9 inch pie plate.
- 6 cut whatever dough hangs from the sides.
- 7 spread jam over the bottom.
- 8 re-roll and cut remaining crust and cut out decorative shapes and strips to form a lattice.
- 9 bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- 10 garnish with sifted confectioners' sugar.
- 11 cool and serve.
