Perfect Pie Crust

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups butter flavor shortening
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Recipe

  • 1 blend the flour and shortening together in a large bowl (hands work best).
  • 2 slowly add the water while combining until you get desired texture. if you add too much water just sprinkle in a bit more flour.
  • 3 divide into 4 balls and roll out on a floured surface.
  • 4 if you want a cooked pie crust bake on 400 for about 10 minutes.
