Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 5 -10 small pastry dough
- 1 slice smoked salmon
- creme fraiche
- chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice the smoked salmon in to thin strips and roll in to small ball and place on to each canapé.
- 2 season the crème fraiche and add a small amount on to the canapé, sprinkle some dried or fresh dill on to each canapé before serving.
