Subtle Spice No Chill Shot Glass Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups sifted cake-and-pastry flour
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 dashes cinnamon
- 2 dashes cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 -cream butter and sugar, making sure to scrape bottom for about 3 minutes.
- 2 -add eggs and vanilla, mix.
- 3 -combine dry ingredients.
- 4 -sift dry ingredients, adding in batches to wet mixture.
- 5 -no chilling required.
- 6 -flour surface, roll out to about 1cm thickness, use the mouth of shot glass as cookie cutter.
- 7 - (optional, but very recommended): in small shallow dish of sugar (or cinnamon/sugar mix) dip cookie face down, lightly coat.
- 8 -bake on parchment for 6-7 mins, on 400.
- 9 -cool on racks immediately.
