Clementine Tart

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 kg clementine
  • 2 oranges
  • 250 g pastry dough (or sweet pastry case or flaky pastry dough)

Recipe

  • 1 put butter and sugar in a thick-bottomed pan.
  • 2 peel clementines and oranges and cut into quarters.
  • 3 place in pan.
  • 4 cook for 15mins over a high heat.
  • 5 if using pastry, roll out onto a floured surface, then place into flan dish.
  • 6 preheat oven to 210°c (475°f).
  • 7 pour fruit and butter mixture into flan or pastry case, bae for 25 minutes
  • 8 serve warm or cold, with custard or cream.
