Ingredients
- 1 medium leek, sliced
- 50 g ham, cubed
- 500 g creme fraiche or 500 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 230 g puff pastry, thawed
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 5 ingredients.
- 2 put mixture on the puff pastry (in a baking pan).
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for ca.
- 4 50-60 minutes.
- 5 serve hot or cold.
