Ingredients

• 1 medium leek, sliced
• 50 g ham, cubed
• 500 g creme fraiche or 500 g sour cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 230 g puff pastry, thawed

Recipe

• 1 mix the first 5 ingredients.
• 2 put mixture on the puff pastry (in a baking pan).
• 3 bake at 350 degrees for ca.
• 4 50-60 minutes.
• 5 serve hot or cold.
