Puffy Pizza Crust

Total Time: 1 hr 2 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 27 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Recipe

  • 1 on lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to 10-inch square and transfer to parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • 2 pierce pastry all over at 1-inch intervals and refrigerate for at least 30 minute up to 4 hours.
  • 3 bake at 400f until light golden and puffed, about 12 minutes. let cool slightly.
  • 4 add pizza toppings and then bake to set, for about 15 minute.
