Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 9-inch double-crust pie shells
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients ,except pastry and cook slowly for 7 minutes.
- 2 line muffin pans with pastry.
- 3 pour several spoonfuls in each tart.
- 4 bake at 400f degrees for 20- 25 minutes.
