"baconsalt" Quiche

Ingredients
- 400 g cottage cheese (low-fat)
- 4 eggs
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 chili
- 1 teaspoon flavoring (baconsalt)
Recipe
- 1 mix the eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl with one of the onions and add a heaped teaspoon of baconsalt.
- 2 lightly oil an 8 to10inch flan dish, (no pastry!) and pour the mixture inches
- 3 top with sliced onion, sliced tomato and chilies or peppers.
- 4 bake at 200°c until firm to the touch, (30 to 40 minutes)
- 5 serve on its own for a snack or with a mixed salad for lunch.
