Fresh Peach Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

- 6 cups sliced peeled peaches
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine peaches and lemon juice; mix gently.
- 3 add blueberries, sugar, cornstarch; mix to combine.
- 4 spoon into an ungreased 9" square pan and bake for 15 minutes.
