Fresh Peach Pie (no Bake) With Oil Pastry Crust

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 (3 ounce) package peach gelatin
- 3 cups sliced peeled ripe peaches
Recipe
- 1 for crust: mix all ingredients with a fork and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
- 2 prick all over with a fork.
- 3 bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
- 4 for pie: in a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
- 5 cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and thickened.
- 6 remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. cool.
- 7 arrange peaches in crust; pour filling over peaches.
- 8 chill until set, about 2 hours.
- 9 serve topped with whipped cream.
