Grandma's Butter Tarts

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raisins or 1 cup currants
- 12 -15 prepared tart shells
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 beat in eggs.
- 3 beat in all other ingredients except raisens or currents.
- 4 stir in raisens.
- 5 fill tart shells 2/3 full.
- 6 bake at 400 degrees until pastry is brown & center is bubbling. approximately 10-13min.
