Ingredients

- 1 lb farmer sausage
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup lard
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 cut sausage into 3 inch lengths and split into quarters.
- 2 cut lard into dry ingredients.
- 3 add milk until a small ball is formed.
- 4 roll out to 1/4 in thick.
- 5 cut into 3 inch squares
- 6 roll up a piece of sausage in the pastry.
- 7 place on cookie sheet and bake 425 for 15 to 20 min.
