Puffy Banana Roll

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • puff pastry (dough puff pastry)
  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut crosswise
  • ice water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 make (or buy) puff pastry dough. roll to 1/8 inch (or take out of freezer).
  • 3 cut into pieces that will wrap around the banana pieces.
  • 4 dip each piece in ice water and wrap around a banana half.
  • 5 place on silpat lined sheet.
  • 6 bake until puffed and golden.
  • 7 serve with a sauce of choice. could be as simple as crushed stawberries with sugar or some lovely rum sauce you like.
