Puffy Banana Roll

- puff pastry (dough puff pastry)
- 4 bananas, peeled and cut crosswise
- ice water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 make (or buy) puff pastry dough. roll to 1/8 inch (or take out of freezer).
- 3 cut into pieces that will wrap around the banana pieces.
- 4 dip each piece in ice water and wrap around a banana half.
- 5 place on silpat lined sheet.
- 6 bake until puffed and golden.
- 7 serve with a sauce of choice. could be as simple as crushed stawberries with sugar or some lovely rum sauce you like.
