Tofu Pastry

Ingredients
- 250 g wholemeal pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 90 g firm tofu, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon cold pressed sunflower oil
- 125 ml filtered water
- additional flour
Recipe
- 1 sift flour and baking powder.
- 2 make well in the centre.
- 3 combine tofu and oil and add to the"well".
- 4 add water.
- 5 work the mixture until a soft dough forms.
- 6 turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 30 seconds only.
- 7 use immediately.
