Potato And Smoked Salmon Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 rolls puff pastry
  • 600 g potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 150 g smoked salmon (or 300g fresh)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 slice the cooled potatoes to 1 cm thickness.
  • 2 cover a greased 18cm pie dish with one of the crusts for the bottom, use a fork to prick the pastry. make 1 layer of sliced potatoes then slices of salmon repeat again.
  • 3 mix the yogurt with the egg and milk together with the chives and the seasoning.
  • 4 cover with the second roll of puff pastry and seal the sides , cut some decorative slits on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 30 minutes.
