Potato And Smoked Salmon Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 600 g potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 150 g smoked salmon (or 300g fresh)
- 150 g yogurt
- 50 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice the cooled potatoes to 1 cm thickness.
- 2 cover a greased 18cm pie dish with one of the crusts for the bottom, use a fork to prick the pastry. make 1 layer of sliced potatoes then slices of salmon repeat again.
- 3 mix the yogurt with the egg and milk together with the chives and the seasoning.
- 4 cover with the second roll of puff pastry and seal the sides , cut some decorative slits on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 30 minutes.
