Ingredients
- pie pastry
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 line 12-cup muffin tin with pastry; prick bottoms with fork.
- 2 pour boiling water over raisins and let stand for 20 minutes. drain. immediately add remaining ingredients and stir well. add filling to tart shells.
- 3 baske at 425f for 12-15 minutes.
