Parmesan Crackers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces gruyere cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 ounces flour
  • water, as needed

Recipe

  • 1 put the butter, cheese and flour into a food processor. pulse until the dough is grainy, then add the water one spoonful at a time until the dough forms a ball. refrigerate for 90 minutes.
  • 2 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 3 roll the dough out onto a floured surface. cut out cracker shapes using a pastry cutter (no bigger than 2"x2") then place on a parchment sheet lined baking pan.
  • 4 bake in the oven for 15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes that the crackers are not too brown.
