- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 1 (300 g) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons orange syrup
Recipe
- 1 arrange mandarins in the base of the prepared pastry shell.
- 2 beat eggs and add the cream and orange syrup.
- 3 pour over the mandarin and place in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
- 4 serve with cream or ice cream.
