Parmesan Mixed Herbs Pizza

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 inches pizza crusts
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh marjoram
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 1/3 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese (or romano)

Recipe

  • 1 assuming your crust is pre-cooked, combine the fresh herbs, garlic, and sour cream together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. in another small bowl, mix the olive oil with the dried italian seasoning.
  • 2 with a pastry or bbq brush, brush the herbed olive oil onto the pizza crust evenly.
  • 3 spread the sour cream-herb mixture over the pizza crust evenly.
  • 4 top with the parmesan cheese.
  • 5 bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden, serve immediately.
