Parmesan Mixed Herbs Pizza

Ingredients
- 12 inches pizza crusts
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh marjoram
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 1/3 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese (or romano)
Recipe
- 1 assuming your crust is pre-cooked, combine the fresh herbs, garlic, and sour cream together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. in another small bowl, mix the olive oil with the dried italian seasoning.
- 2 with a pastry or bbq brush, brush the herbed olive oil onto the pizza crust evenly.
- 3 spread the sour cream-herb mixture over the pizza crust evenly.
- 4 top with the parmesan cheese.
- 5 bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden, serve immediately.
